Strawberries pieces in a light vanilla sponge with strawberry preserve and strawberry milkshake buttercream.

Banana sponge layered with caramel sauce and banana buttercream.

A lighter version of our lemon sponge cake, delicately flavoured with elderflower, layered with lemon curd and lemon elderflower buttercream.

Lemon & Blueberry

Lemon and blueberry sponge layered with lemon curd and lemon blueberry buttercream, blueberry preserve through the middle layer.

Chocolate Orange

Chocolate orange fudge cake layered with orange curd and chocolate orange buttercream.

 

Chocolate Hazelnut (contains NUTS)

Chocolate fudge cake, Nutella buttercream and a middle layer of crushed Ferrero Rocher.

Sticky Toffee

Toffee treacle sponge layered with sticky toffee sauce and toffee buttercream.

Black Forest 

Chocolate sponge layered with morello cherry preserve and cherry buttercream.

Cookies & Cream

Rich chocolate sponge layered with Oreo vanilla buttercream.

All our cakes (with the exception of fruit cake) are coated in a layer of white chocolate ganache before we cover in fondant. Ganache is a luxurious mix of melted chocolate and cream which not only tastes delicious but also enables us to achieve the sharp, clean lines that we are known for.
