Just like the ice-cream with 3 flavoured sponges in chocolate, strawberry and vanilla all layered with a vanilla bean buttercream.
All our cakes (with the exception of fruit cake) are coated in a layer of white chocolate ganache before we cover in fondant. Ganache is a luxurious mix of melted chocolate and cream which not only tastes delicious but also enables us to achieve the sharp, clean lines that we are known for.
