We can bake many other flavours for your wedding cake (including a traditional fruit cake soaked in brandy and covered in marzipan and icing) but unfortunately cannot offer every possible flavour combination as a sample. If there is a particular flavour you love that its not listed above please do ask us about having it for your cake. Bespoke flavour samples can be created on request for an additional charge.

Sample boxes - our standard box contains a selection of popular flavours. Our premium box allows you to choose your own selection of flavours from our menu.

Brown sugar sponge with lotus biscoff spread and biscoff buttercream

All our cakes (with the exception of fruit cake) are coated in a layer of white chocolate ganache before we cover in fondant. Ganache is a decadent mix of melted Belgium chocolate and cream which not only tastes delicious but also enables us to achieve the sharp edges and flawless finishes that we are known for.

Please note that all our cakes are cooked in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, wheat and gluten and are therefore not suitable for those needing 'freefrom' cakes. For a full list of allergens please enquire before placing your order.
